30 days, no fight
Don’t like it? Return it within 30 days of delivery. We’ll refund the product price.

What can’t be returned

• Used notebooks / planners (we can’t resell them)

• Opened washi tape or sticker sheets

• Any item that’s clearly been written in or damaged by you

How to return

1. Email [email address] with your order number.

2. We’ll send you a return address.

3. Ship it back (you pay return shipping unless we made a mistake).

Refund timing
Once we receive it, we process refunds within [3–5] business days to your original payment method. Shipping costs are not refunded.

Damaged / wrong item
Our fault? We’ll send a replacement or full refund within [1] day of your email. No return needed.
